Respondents may be screened out of surveys based on research partner criteria. Screening decisions are determined by the research partner and do not necessarily indicate an issue with the respondent's account.
Participants may receive rewards for eligible activities. Rewards are granted only after successful validation by CortalyCash and/or the research partner.
Rewards may be delayed, adjusted, or reversed when required for fraud prevention or quality verification.
Before rewards are issued, transactions may be reviewed to ensure compliance with our quality and fraud prevention policies.

CortalyCash may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity. Depending on the circumstances, rewards associated with such activity may be withheld or reversed.
We may suspend or close inactive accounts after an extended period of inactivity in accordance with our operational policies.
Survey availability depends on: research demand, country, demographics, partner requirements, and quality status. We do not guarantee a specific number of available surveys or earnings.
Survey opportunities may be provided by independent market research companies. Participation in third-party surveys may also be subject to the respective partner's terms and privacy policies.
All platform content, including logos, graphics, software, and branding, is the property of CortalyCash unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform content without permission.
CortalyCash provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we strive to provide reliable services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the availability of any specific research opportunity.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, reward program, survey opportunity, or platform functionality at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which CortalyCash operates, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
